Our client is an innovator in global finance information servicing the needs of financial clients around the world.
Our client based Field Support Team is responsible for providing onsite break-fix and troubleshooting services to our clients end users, many of whom rank among the largest financial institutions in the world. Our team works to a dispatch model, providing hardware swaps, upgrades, troubleshooting of desktop and network environments, as well as inventory management. The team also works on multiple projects for new technology rollouts.
