Laying the Foundations

Founded in Tokyo in 1996 by Matthew Connolly and Paul Timmons, EIRE Systems began providing bilingual IT support for financial institutions.

1996: Company founded in Tokyo
1997: Project Management division established

Increasingly companies are demanding a more holistic IT support service, enabling them to focus on their core business activities whilst maximising use of their technology platforms. EIRE will expand its managed services offering to streamline day-to-day IT operations and include proactive monitoring and standardized processes. By taking advantage of our bilingual support, organizations can reduce operational burden while ensuring reliable and efficient IT environments.

Industry Diversification

In line with the diversity of business development in Japan and APAC, EIRE’s client portfolio has expanded beyond our traditional financial services base. Looking ahead, we expect continued growth across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, data centres, retail, hospitality and other sectors, further strengthening our resilience and positioning the company for sustainable, long-term expansion.

Evaluation of telecommunications infrastructure for new data center site selection, including assessment of fiber availability and connectivity. Data center IT systems design, including onsite project management for installation of IT infrastructure, vendor selection and management, liaison with both in-country and overseas stakeholders, coordination of IT installations with M&E and other related disciplines. Ongoing onsite BAU support following data center completion, including operational stability management, capacity planning, continuous improvement initiatives, equipment delivery management, racking and stacking, third-party vendor coordination, IT cabling, etc.
